JOB POSITION: Social Wi-Fi Software Developer
LOCATION: Maia – Portugal

Responsibilities

• Software development on Nonius’ GIA/Wi-Fi products;
• Development of Social features, user profiling, collecting data from social networks;
• Create tools for campaigns layout composition: DIY, WYSIWYG, Drag&Drop;
• Integration with Tripadvisor and similar services;
• Implement campaigns, offers, tracking and awards/gifts systems.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent degree;
• Full-stack development using Linux, HTML5, CSS, JS, PHP, Python, MySQL;
• Experience with GIT repositories and code deployment;
• A good mix of creativity but also understand process based software development;
• Fluent written and spoken english.

Nice to have skills

• Technical understanding of the industries Nonius operates (Hospitality);
• Scripting languages under Linux environments (Bash, Perl, Python, etc.);
• Networking concepts, internet protocols, routing, switching, firewalls.
