Nonius acquired the entire share capital of IMPRESA.DGSM. In return, IMPRESA group takes a position in the shareholding structure of Nonius.
As part of this acquisition process, Nonius integrated the entire team of IMPRESA.DGSM, keeping all the product lines and services. This investment will strengthen Nonius’ content offering and increase its market share for interactive TV solutions for hospitality (Digital Guest Services).
