We value any previous experience in Help-Desk or Customer support services however it is not mandatory since we intend to train you and provide the necessary toolsto make you part of our team.What we absolutely require is the type of professional that is:
Responsible, Excellent communicator, Customer satisfaction driven, Forward-thinker, Good common-sense, Quick learner and somewhat resistant to stress.

Essential / Mandatory skills

  • Portuguese Brazilian – Native speaker
  • English skills – spoken and written
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • User-experience in Windows and Mac OS systems and applications [Linux a plus]
  • User-experience with mobile devices [Tablet, iPad, Android smartphones, etc]
  • Basic understanding of Lan/Wan networking and TCP/IP
  • Familiarity with web browsers and ‘surfing’ the internet

Desirable / Valued skills

  • Proactive attitude
  • Autonomous
  • IT certifications [MCSE, CCNA, etc
