NiVo is an Advanced Entertainment System for the Hospitality and Health & Care Market

The NiVo Backend Server is responsible for managing the firmware and configurations of all the set-top boxes, as well as provides backoffice for all of the available STB's final user services.

NiVo Services

NiVo services are available through Web Interfaces that allow user interaction with diverse specific services for the client including reservations, child club, etc.

NiVo Images

The images module is a collection of NiVo Box firmware images.

Backend Platform

The NiVo Backend Process, that supports all of the NiVo frontends running in the Set-top Boxes, includes a data base and an Interface with the OS and the Hardware.

Management Interfaces

The Management Interfaces include all Web Interfaces that allow authorized personnel to manage and configure varying generic services as whether, flight schedules, pharmacy opening times, TV channels or radio playlists.

Front Office Interface

The Front Office Interface implements a connection to the Hotels PMS system. All of the main PMS interfaces are supported: Fidelio, NewHotel, EasyLinkHotel, Brilliant, Sihot, Bilogica (...).
