António Silva

António Silva has a vast resume with international professional experience in the networking industry. Antonio holds an honours degree in Electronics from the Polytechnic Institute of Porto, where he was awarded the "Best Student of the Year Award". Antonio holds Management and Entrepreneurship courses from the University of Porto Business School. António has lead Nonius since was founded. Prior to Nonius, Antonio worked as a Network Specialist at Wind River, Staff Engineer at LSI Logic and Senior Engineer at EFACEC.

Leonel Domingues
Director / CTO

Leonel Domingues, Founder and CTO at Nonius, has long international experience in the development of hardware and software for telecommunications.
The experience includes 8 years at Alcatel-Lucent, in the United Kingdom as Consultant Engineer, Software Architect and Team Leader, developing UMTS/HSDPA products (RNC and femtocells).
Leonel was also in the original team that created EFACEC´s telecom subsidiary (ENT), where he was responsible for the design and implementation of Hardware and software for voice and data access products.

Roberto Branco
Director

Roberto Branco is Chief Executive Officer of Beta SCR, an investment venture capital company specialised in early stage technological start-ups. Roberto holds Directorships in a number of private companies and was an advisor to some government agencies. Roberto holds a vast resume and experience in Management and Entrepreneurship.

Rui Sarmento e Castro
Director / COO

Rui Sarmento e Castro is one of the Nonius Software Founders. Rui has vast experience in the telecommunications industry. Rui holds an Honour Telecommunications Master Degree from Chalmers University in Sweden and a Telecommunication degree from University of Porto. Prior to Nonius, Rui worked as a Software Engineer at Ericsson, researcher at INESC and Senior Engineer at EFACEC.
